This page provides public evidence of the Synkly SMS appointment reminder opt-in flow for A2P 10DLC campaign review. Synkly is owned and operated by Panther Group LLC.

SMS appointment reminders are optional, off by default, and not required to book appointments. Users opt in only inside the authenticated Synkly mobile app after account creation and mobile phone verification.

Reviewer Notes

The SMS toggle is off by default.
SMS is not required to create an account or book an appointment.
Recipients can opt out in Synkly notification preferences or by replying STOP.
SMS samples do not include appointment time, provider name, office name, patient name, medical details, or internal IDs.
